Career Day at the Milwaukee County Zoo
On Saturday, February 8, 2025, FUL scholars have the opportunity to visit behind-the-scenes areas at the zoo and meet some of the professionals who make the Milwaukee County Zoo an amazing place. Careers include animal trainers, veterinarians, creative designers, and grounds/maintenance crew.
A permission slip is required to attend.
2025 National Girls and Women in Sports Awards
Interested scholars are invited to join FUL at the 2025 National Girls and Women in Sports Award Event, powered by the Milwaukee Youth Sports Alliance (MYSA). This year’s event will spotlight college athletics and celebrate the incredible momentum built during a groundbreaking year for women’s sports. From record-breaking moments to inspiring leadership, this event honors the athletes, coaches, and leaders shaping the future of sports. Please dress in business casual. Lunch will be provided.
