1.  An intention or policy of including people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized, such as those who are handicapped or learning-disabled, or racial and sexual minorities.

We believe we can only strengthen our community by being inclusive of others.


EMPOWER

1.  Make (someone) stronger and more confident, especially in controlling their life and claiming their rights.

We believe all leaders can empower others by keeping a positive mind.
